Balls from 2007
The "balls" are hollow plaster molds that are marked with a pencil. The complicated geometry of a spherical surface therefore gives rise to complex orders and circular patterns. The line drawn on the surface of the sphere, on the other hand, is endless: while drawing, one encounters one's own trace again and again, the gesture of drawing is reminiscent of winding a ball.
